A brilliantly illustrattive print  of British polo player Walter S. Buckmaster (1872-1942) for Vanity Fair magazine, origionally published on the 4th of September 1907. W.S. Buckmaster was an esteemed British polo player, most notably winning a silver medals at both the 1900 Summer Olypic Games and competing in the winning team at the International Polo Cup in 1902.
