A distinctive pair of horse racing prints by the French artist, Auguste LeGras (1817-1887). LeGras was a student of Jean-Claude Bonneford (1796-1860) and Ary Scheffer (1795-1858), studying as Scheffers assistant for more than twenty years. LeGras made his debut at the Paris Salon in 1847 and exhibited up until 1882. These prints are offered as a pair but individual purchase in negotiable.
